That would be a: healthy weight for many 5'5" females. These recommendations are always given with the understanding that at a certain weight, like 130 lbs, you still might be overfat. Some measure of body fat (calipers, water displacement) could help determine weight/fat goals. Work out a plan of calorie reduction/ increased calorie expenditure (exercise) to equal 3500 cal/week=1 lb loss...most likely permanent:)

Definitely: Yes your weight ideally would run from 114 to 150 lbs. But for a weight of 130 would be great for your age and height. You want to be careful and lose the weight over a period of time and not drop in a crash type course. It is better to maintain the weight if you lose it over a period of time so you can accustom yourself at the weight as you drop. I hope this was informative.
