You are very close to an ideal body weight. You most likely already have knowledge of healthy eating habits and exercise habits. The best choice may be to see a nutritionist or personal trainer to cement some excellent skills with eating choices and exercise which have proven benefit.

Not recommended: Since you're technically not overweight (body mass index 25.5), you don't qualify for prescription diet pills. I recommend following a very low carb, ketogenic diet along with circuit training, yoga and spinning to lose weight and jump start your metabolism.
