Kidney stones: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, kidney pain and blood would imply that. alcohol doesn't directly affect the kidney (liver yes) but this can be assocciated wtih an increased risk of stones.

It is possible that falling down under influence of Alcohol may have caused trauma to some part of urinary system-Kidney, Ureter, Bladder or Urethra. It can also be due to infection, Kidney or Bladder stone. Please take him to E.R. have all necessary Urine analysis, Blood tests, Radiological studies and Consultations for Diagnosis and Treatment.
