Caffeine & sugar: An 8 oz. can of Red Bull energy drink has 27 grams of sugar and 80 mg of caffeine and traces of B vitamins. Diabetics should avoid. This liquid sugar load causes a spike and then crash in blood sugar. It's not healthy any day of the week.
