Tetanus shot: Need tetanus shot if you haven't had one in last 10 years, don't know when you last had one or if the wound is dirty & it has been more than 5 years since last shot.

Savlon cleansing wipes with antiseptic. These should not be used on wounds. I cleaned a small cut with one without realising. Is this dangerous?
I put undiluted savlon all over my face and left it overnight, now my face is red and it burns horribly to the point where I cannot touch it.
