savlon cleansing wipes with antiseptic. these should not be used on wounds. i cleaned a small cut with one without realising. is this dangerous?

No.: Savlon wipes are marketed for "on the go" wound cleansing and hand sanitizing. It would be more "dangerous" to delay cleansing a fresh wound. Most likely Savlon wipes contain the antiseptic chlorhexidine which is often used in hospitals & other medical settings. Check the ingredients on the container and use them only as directed. You should be perfectly safe.
