Cannot define whether the foreskin or head of penis is swollen. small cuts develop once foreskin is pulled back. burning sensation, extremely sensitive. used some savlon to clean but burning sensation became worse?

Exam needed: Often when small cuts appear in the foreskin when it's retracted it is either because the foreskin itself is too tight from some chronic skin disease or that the head of the penis is swollen from inflammation or trauma. I think it's best that you consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment.
