Several causes: There are several causes for joint pain in teens. One is overuse or repetitive strain from exercise or just repetitive movements. Sometimes there can be orthopedic problems (leg length discrepancies, abnormal gait) that may be contributing to your pain. There may be autoimmune causes for joint pain that would need to be ruled out if there is no other explanation. See your Dr for a joint exam.
