Cancer of the kidney my dad has been diagnosed and id like to no as much as poss about the care he will need and how quick he wil deteriorate

Big subject: Much of this depends on his overall health, the type of renal cancer, how advanced it is, etc. Without specifics - it would not be possible to tell you the treatment or to try to give timelines. I would ask your father if he has this information. If not, you could see if he would allow the doctor to share information about his condition.
