Not likely: Bladder cancer would be very unlikely at your age. Urinary tract infection can cause micro bleeding in the urine. Your urologist can help you or go to an internist. Avoid cystoscopy as long as possible(urologists usually rush into doing cystoscopy...So have an internist help you in that case).
