My dad takes sutent (sunitinib) for stage 4 kidney cancer & also has congestive heart failure. What meds can he take for it?

Dr. Terence Chapman

See your doctor: Congestive heart failure is usually treated with diuretics and other medications tailored to your situation. The advice of your internist oncologist, or cardiologist with respect to treatment would be best in this situation.
