Drink more water…don’t hold your urine. If you’re not feeling like you need to go until very full, schedule regular times to urinate. There are also certain foods that can cause odors…asparagus is one. Onions and garlic are others.

Drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
