Certain variability: in the test based on WHERE they are measuring and ultrasound pictures are grainy and somewhat imprecise. OTHER features such as if there is STUFF IN THE LIVER (most commonly fat) would be more important in whether something bad is going on. Cancer, blood distention...bad.
