Get a consult: Two years after ending alcohol abuse, without cirrhosis, the fatty liver and elevated bilirubin are not due to your alcohol abuse. I'm glad you stopped. Your fatty liver may be due to anything from hepatitis c to non-alcoholic fatty liver; the bilirubin may simply be gilbert's. Normal transaminases speak against serious illness.
