Labs: That's a very mild elevation and probably not significant if everything else is normal. The only question I would have is why was it done. There us no a general need to do this test yearly in children. Are they monitoring sonething? Lastly a single elevation probably just needs observation and a repeat lab draw.

Don't worry.: There is probably nothing to worry about with this level, as long as she is healthy and all the other liver function tests are normal. How old is she and why did she have the lab work done? It is hard to fully answer this question without that information, so you are best discussing this with her doctor.
