Realistic goal?: Fifty pounds in two weeks is not likely a realistic goal! Two to four weeks in that period of time would be more likely. Don't set yourself up for disappointment! Rather, think reduction in calories and increasing your activity - you know, the traditional way! Try the app "My Fitness Pal," which helps a lot of people. Or track the steps you take with the "Moves" app.
