Unlikely: The drug Montek LC is a combination drug, leuktreine antagonist (anti asthma) and an antihistaminic, levocetirizine, it may have such side effects as a combination, but not a known side effect of either alone. At any rate you mentioned you are allergic to dust and smoke, likely they irritate your airways, what you're truly allergic to is yet to be discovered by allergy testing, see an allergist,
