Dust cotrol: air tight mattress , box spring, pillow covers -no rugs in bedroom if sx persist immunotherapy

Post nasal drip: If you have a confirmed dust mite allergy would suggest proper avoidance measures: dust mite covers on mattress and pillows, wash sheets in hot water cycle once weekly. Treat nasal symptoms with daily intranasal corticosteroid spray (can get other-the-counter now). These measures should reduce symptoms from dust mite allergy.
