Stridor: Is closing off of the trachea and not the bronchi. If this is so there is throat inflammation. You say you are on singular and advair, any bronchodilator? The chest pain is either from like a tendonitis of the intercostals or a real pleurisy. Get examined better, make sure there is no infection like croup or even pertussis, and have the inflammation treated, by steroid if necessary.
