Post-nasal drip?: When treating a chronic cough, you must treat every possible contributor to the cough or it won't resolve. Post-nasal drip or any sinus condition can result in bronchospasm and, thus, the cough. Perhaps you need to add a nasal steroid spray to your regimen in addition to a steroid inhaler and your other meds. You may need a very slow steroid taper to get to the lowest possible effective dose.
