?MRSA: NO ~ not using it will propagate the spread of these bugs. USE SOAP AND WATER ALWAYS and wash hands frequenty ! Thanks

False: Hand sanitizer is based on alcohol which is a physical antimicrobial and thus the usual kind of resistance does not appear - it would be like balloons getting resistant to pins.
