Contact Dermatitis: Diffuse, flat red rash simultaneouly appearing on both hands (especially if itching) is likely due to contact with irritant or atopic substance. Mrsa can produce localized skin infections characterized by focal pain, swelling, redness and formation of abcess. Current rash should be initially managed with elimination of any new contacts and use of topical corticosteroids.
