Eczema will get you: at a very young age, and it continues throughout your life. Sometimes a certain lotion or chemical in the lotion will make it worse. Try to use different unscented moisturizers, even prescription ones, to see if it would help alleviate the problem . I would put the moisturizer on several times a day.
