2 nights ago i woke up from my knuckle burning yesterday morning when i woke up it was red with a white center and a blister. at work the blister popped and the skin came off my hand felt fine this morning but now it is so sore. i wonder if its spide?

Possibly: Very likely something bit you, although there are other conditions, like shingles, that may also cause burning and then a rash. If the wound is feeling better, there is no spreading redness, and you don’t have a fever, keeping it clean and covered and monitoring is ok for now, however if the redness spreads or the pain is greater you will need evaluation in person
