Burning pinky knuckle pain in hand. it's only palm side and present when i open/close my hand. no swelling/redness/numbness, just dull burn w/movement?

Sensory nerve: Consider digital or ulnar sensory neuritis with possible entrapment. Try gloves, rest, nsaids, purified omega, modalities.

Early Trigger finger: Sounds like the early stages of a trigger finger, before it starts to catch. See if you have a tender spot on your palm, at the base of your pinky where there's a bony bump. Nsaids might help if this is the case. An orthopaedic or hand surgeon can check it out and see if an injection is appropriate.
