Test-taking anxiety: is very common and normal. Chronic anxiety or acute anxiety that is paralyzing is not. Try visiting a therapist that specializes in anxiety to uncover your particular dynamics. Sometimes meds help, but side effects include grogginess--something that actually may make your anxiety worse (fear of loss of control). Herbs sometimes help, but check with therapist or MD first.
