I'm going to the doctors tomorrow and i am wondering what to say in order to get medication for my depression and anxiety. i have never taken action ?

Be sure to tell: the Dr about all your symptoms, and if he agrees that you are anxious and depressed enough, I'm sure he will prescribe you medication for both. An SSRI drug like zoloft or paxil (paroxetine) would be a good start. It works for both anxiety and depression.
