Worry's no help!: When you are having sleep problems, worry does no good, of course, and may worsen them. See a doc to make sure there is nothing physical going on that is disrupting good sleep. Stop caffeine, alcohol, any recr. drugs or over the counter meds and supplements not okayed by your doc for now. Exercise during the day, but not within 2-4 hours of bedtime, will help you sleep more soundly.
