Need to return: I think you need to either go back or get a second opinion evaluation from another dentist immediately. Tooth sounds like it may need a Root canal treatment duebtonthe severe swelling in the area.

See your dentist: The swelling may be a sign of infection. The filling may have been deep. Have your dentist evaluate the tooth and the swelling.
