Reexamination: The tooth may be infected. You should be seeing Dentist every 6 months for maintenance. Just having a filling done does not absolve you of responsibility for maintaining your own health. Please return to the Dentist ASAP for reexamination and possible treatment.

Infection ?: If there is a swelling, then there is a good chance there is an infection. Please have the tooth reevaluated.
