See your dentist: You need to see your dentist about this. This is most likely an accesses tooth, an infection, and it will not go away without treatment.

It sounds like: Perhaps the nerve is dying and resulting in swelling / fistulous tract. Make sure you see a dentist asap for approptiate treatment / antibiotics. Thanks for the question.
