Blood draws: Yes. Sometimes a bruise will develop. Sometimes a nerve will be bothered. Normal. Watch for hot, red skin if there is a problem.

Yes and no: If it was 2 days it can be still sore. Was the vein easily found? If u were stuck few x you could b sore. Have a look and see if the skin around the vein is red and tender. U may have a clot in the vein and an inflammatory reaction (superficial phlebitis) or you may have a hematoma (blood in the tissue). Compress the area with some ace bandage and see if it does help. Take few advil (ibuprofen) tablets too.
