Bruise and swelling: May occur with blood draw. application of ice and analgesic will reduce the pain. The bruise may last a few more days

Not likely: anything concerning. It's like just a hematoma/bruise after phlebotomy. This isn't uncommon after a blood draw. Consider placing an ice pack over the area to help prevent it from progressing.
