Nothing is wrong.: Quite the contrary, everything is right. Sounds like you have an infection of the throat (pharyngitis) with the appropriate immune response: increased blood flow to the area with the associated inflammation of soft tissues and mucous membranes with immunoglobulins, and lymphocytes to fight infection.
