My son was running about a week ago and he felt a stinging pain in his leg. a "bruise" developed after that with blue veins around it. im not sure if it's a normal bruise or a blood clot. he says that it feels different and sore.

Bee sting?: If there is a stinger in the area, please see your PCP for removal, apply a cold pack and watch for signs of infection such as pus, swelling and redness.
