Be checked: I would probably just make sure you have a follow up appointment with your surgeon. While you might still have some degree of swelling/discoloration two weeks after ingrown toe surgery, it should be markedly better than it was before surgery and rapidly improving. Make sure your doctor is satisfied with your progress.

Eyes wide Open.: A lot depends on the nature of the surgery. Aggressive procedures can take longer to heal and require more blood to allow for healing. Therefore, a longer time must be allowed for the supportive capillaries to close. You are probably safe as long as there is no increasing pain, swelling or redness. Finish off the antibiotics and keep alert for increasing inflammatory signs.
