? pancreas problem: Dilated bile duct suggests stone in distal duct obstructing duct to cause dilation. If no stone present may be obstruction as duct passes under head of pancreas. yet not obstructed to produce jaundice. Abdominal pain and vomiting frequent in pancreatitis . One needs blood tests to confirm if pancreas a problem and possibly ERCP to look at ducts
