Gall bladder removed 7 years ago coz of gallstones. can i still have bile duct disease? ggt 124. other liver enzymes all normal.

Possible, Unlikely: Some patient develop stones in the bile duct without a gallbladder. This is a pretty rare thing to happen, but it is possible. If all other liver enzymes are normal it's pretty unlikely this is what is going on. The bilirubin should be elevated.
