Hepatobiliary diseas: Without knowing more of the history and result of tests impossible to speculate on the cause. On the other hand, sounds like infection in the biliary tract and possibly the liver.

Gallbladder removed 3/6/23. Before the removal my liver enzymes had been slowly increasing and are now ALT 193 AST 133 Bilirubin 0.6. Alk Phos normal. CT scan and US were normal. No fever. Could this be a bile duct obstruction?
