Had my gallbladder out 6/21 due to a rt sided pain. Felt better until beginning of Sept its been getting worse. Had CT Monday shows dialated common bile duct 11mm. Gotta go bk to GI. Idk weather to be concerned idek really what it means if anything?

I had gallstones so had surgery and biopsy report of gallbladder said "chronic cholecystitis". Does this cause because of the gallstones or do I need to further get an MRCP to check for bile duct stones as well?
I know an MRCP is used to look at pancreas, bile ducts, gallbladder and liver. Would it also show the spleen?
