Need more info: the dilated common bile duct is more concerning and could possibly cause your symptoms. I would more information to be able to discuss further testing. Are your liver function tests abnormal? How big was the common duct? Depending on the above you may need an endoscopic ultrasound of the duct and the head of the pancreas.
