Bump: The only way to tell what the bump is is by seeing a dentist and have it evaluated. Don't wait for it to get worse.

Suspicious bump: I would advise you to have the bump examined by a dentist or dental specialist (e.g. oral surgeon, OFP), to help you with a diagnosis and treatment, if needed.
