Real food.: Studies show that multivitamins generally make no difference. (pregnancy and certain conditions, may be different). One of the reasons is that people use vitamins as an excuse to avoid eating properly. It is much better to get nutrition from food. Eating plenty of fresh foods and veggies and whole grains, cutting down on protein and fat to safer un-American levels, is wiser, and healthier.
