Frontal headaches: Frontal headaches are not likely to be caused by a brain tumor. More common causes include high blood pressure (greater than 160/100). Another common cause would be sinus congestion/infection. Evaluation should include a visit to an Ear/Nose and Throat physician, a blood pressure check, and above work-up is non-diagnostic then consideration of an MRI or CAT scan of the head.
