Approx a week ago while having a bowel movement i had the worst headache of my life come on in the back of my head. it was like a balloon expanding. everytime my pulse would push my head would hurt. i couldnt lift it. now i cant smell. thoughts?

Did you strain for the BM? That scenario could have represented a tiny intracranial bleed. I've seen such cases. I recommend being evaluated & advised by a neurologist so that any testing deemed appropriate will be done.
