symptoms: head pressure/sentation(top, front and between eyes), heat/warm feeling on forehead, forgetfulness, confusion, brain fog. how to stop this?

Headache: Best to investigate further with you GP to illicit what the underlying cause might be - once we treat that, then it should settle

Would suggest visiting your doctor and having clinical examination. Although this could be migraine, other causes should be excluded. Treatment can stop the process, but need to understand causation.
