See a dentist: White spot on the gum could come from many different things . We are usually worry about leukoplakia that could be a pre cancerous lesion . I doubt yours are , but to be safe see your dentist.

Too many: There are too many possible causes for white spot lesions to list here. Yes, small chance it may be scar tissue, but other causes more likely. Most causes are transient or benign. A very few could be more serious, rehanging from infection to neoplasm. Please call your Dentist for an immediate appointment for an examination. Referral to an Oral Surgeon may be in order.

Visit a dentist: Any white or scar lesion that does not resolve itself in two-three weeks should be reevaluated by your dentist and considered for biopsy to obtain a definitive diagnosis. Visit your dentist for evaluation.
