Dental deep cleaning done in us with bleeding gums. hygienist did wore gloves and barrier during procedure . after procedure was done she removed gloves and used paper tissue to hold my used plastic cup to refill mouthwash.any risk for hiv/hep?

Not a concern: The hygienist had clean hands, probably the gloves were much dirtier after she was done cleaning your teeth and having them in your mouth. The towel was clean as well. No risk in my opinion. Stay safe.
