Depends: It depends on the nature of the problem for which you have be on crutches. A wheelchair may be an option if you are having so much trouble. If it is simply a foot or lower leg problem, there is also a device that has wheels on it and you bend your knee and put full weight through your femus and not your lower leg. This requires minimal use of your arms. Talk to your doctor about your options.
