See your doctor: This sort of pain could be due to disc disease in your neck, misalignment of your spine from scoliosis or other sources. When you breath, your chest and shoulder muscles move, which may make it worse. However, pain with breathing can also be from other things like pleurisy (inflammation of the lining of the lung), blood clot, infection or fluid collection. See your doctor as soon as you can.
