I have a deep ache in my left arm from my shoulder to my fingers, but its worse from elbow to hand. starts in the morning and dulls after a few hrs.

Need exam: At your age this could be many things so an examination if symptoms continue is indicated. Tennis elbow( tendinitis), carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar n. Entrapment @ elbow ( cubital tunnel); radicular pain from a disc prob.In neck, thoracic outlet syndrome etc .Are all in diff. Dx.Now w/o a detailed hx and exam to go on... See your md for eval. And possible referral to specialist if sx.S continue !
