Need exam: At your age this could be many things so an examination if symptoms continue is indicated. Tennis elbow( tendinitis), carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar n. Entrapment @ elbow ( cubital tunnel); radicular pain from a disc prob.In neck, thoracic outlet syndrome etc .Are all in diff. Dx.Now w/o a detailed hx and exam to go on... See your md for eval. And possible referral to specialist if sx.S continue !
